Hunting and Fishing on the Olympic Peninsula Beautiful Lake Leland is just up the road from our farm. You will find some of the best bass, crappy, and trout fishing anywhere. The quiet waters are easy to navigate in a small boat. There is a campground across the street, and bathroom facilities, boat ramp and trails. You can camp at HPF and rent one of our small boats for a fun day on the lake! Hunting and fishing are really BIG on the Olympic Peninsula! Here are some of the activities the sportsman or woman can find: Clamming Crabbing Salmon Fishing Saltwater Fishing Deep Sea Fishing Elk Hunting Deer Hunting Also, bear, coyote, cougar, geese, ducks. Our indoor arena, outdoor arena, round pen and hot walker are available to guests who stable their horses at Hunter's Pony Farm. Maps, brochures and information are available. Enjoy crabbing, clamming, shrimping, fishing, hiking, packing, trail riding, photography, tourist attractions, shopping, dining, all in season and some throughout the year. Quilcene Bay has some of the best clamming in the country! Our oyster and clam beds are open to the public. You can get a shellfish license at Swains in Port Townsend.
